  • Customization must be submitted accurately. We are not responsible for errors in user-submitted designs.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure gateways.

4. Product Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the product and customization complexity.

  • Shipping policies are outlined in our Delivery Policy. While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Once an order is placed and production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

  • 360Printing does not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • The product is damaged on arrival, or

    • A customization error is made by our team.

  • In such cases, clear unboxing video/photo proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

  • By interacting with our website or placing an order, you consent to our use of your data as described in the policy.

7. Intellectual Property
