At 360Printing, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality, customized products. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong due to our error, we’re committed to making it right.


Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives broken or has incorrect customization due to an error on our part.

  • To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • An unboxing video or clear photographic evidence is required to validate your return or refund request.

  • Refunds will not be issued for customer errors in customization or mishandling post-delivery.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the product is damaged after delivery or due to customer error, return requests will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled β€” only returned if it qualifies under our return policy (i.e., broken or wrong customization).


Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • We strive for a quick and transparent resolution to all eligible claims.
