Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives broken or has incorrect customization due to an error on our part.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

An unboxing video or clear photographic evidence is required to validate your return or refund request.

Refunds will not be issued for customer errors in customization or mishandling post-delivery.
Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged after delivery or due to customer error, return requests will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled β only returned if it qualifies under our return policy (i.e., broken or wrong customization).
Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
